Tony Petrello is without any doubt, one of the most successful executives from the USA. With a position in one of the highest paid CEOs in USA and leadership role as the Chairman, President, and CEO of Nabors Industries, Tony has become a living legend for the young executives in the country. Apart from a successful professional career, he is also considered as one of the prominent philanthropists and advocates for clinical programs and research on neurological disorder among children.

Tony is considered a big part and a key player in the immense success of Nabors Industries. Currently, Nabors Industry is considered as one of biggest contractors in natural gas, oil and geothermal drilling operations in the global market. This company secured an unprecedented success in a recent year and last year its share priced hiked up by 180%. Currently, Nabors Industries has operations in multiple countries, a manpower of more than 26000 employees and a dominance over the offshore and on-shore drilling market. Such a huge success has been credited majorly to the contributions and strategic direction Tony and his dedication to lead it to the apex of success.

As the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nabors Industries, Tony provides operational expertise and strategic directions in every aspect of its operations. Previously he was serving here as the President and CEO since 2011 and had been a key support to the management. He also served as the Deputy Chairmen of Nabors Industries since 2003 and as a Member of its Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Board since 1991.

Before joining Nabors Industries, Tony worked in Baker and Mackenzie, a law firm for more than 15 years. He joined there in 1979 and practiced with complicated legal issues such as corporate taxation and so on. Through his excellent services, he became the Managing Partner of this firm in 1986 and worked here till 1991 before joining Nabors Industries.

Tony has a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and Master as well as Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the Yale University. He has been actively involved with a number of charitable and voluntary organizations. However, he has a keen focus on neurological disorder among the children. Hence, he has been actively supporting Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Center and Texas Children Hospital. He has pledged a $7 million donation to the research center and serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the hospital.
